Implement, configure, integrate and support technology solutions in customer environments while working closely with customers and internal technical teams.

- Work directly with customer and technical teams to understand implementation requirements.
- Configure, deploy and integrate solutions in customer environments.
- Translate customer requirements into practical technical implementations.
- Troubleshoot deployment, integration and configuration issues.
- Support solution testing, validation and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, development and solution teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support during implementation and deployment activities.
- Capture customer feedback and implementation learnings and communicate them to internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strong software/technology engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to work directly with customers and technical stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, application deployment and enterprise technology environments.
- Ability to work across engineering and customer-facing activities.
